Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Forge Martial Arts website, enrolling in any program, or purchasing a trial membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Trial Membership

The Forge Martial Arts trial membership includes:

  • Two (2) weeks of unlimited classes in your selected program
  • One (1) free uniform belt
  • A meet-your-instructor session
  • Access to the Forge member app during the trial period

The trial is a one-time offer per individual. Trial memberships are non-transferable. At the end of the trial period, you are under no obligation to continue — there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges from the trial purchase.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Forge Martial Arts does not store your credit card information. The trial fee is due at the time of registration.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the trial membership. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within the trial period for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Martial arts training involves inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in any Forge Martial Arts class, program, or event, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage that may occur during training.

You agree to release, waive, and discharge Forge Martial Arts, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in our programs.

For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign all required waivers and consent forms prior to participation.

5. Code of Conduct

All members, parents, and visitors are expected to:

  • Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Follow all safety rules and instructor directions
  • Maintain proper hygiene and wear clean training attire
  • Refrain from aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior
  • Supervise children before and after class

Forge Martial Arts reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this code of conduct without refund.

6. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and emails from Forge Martial Arts regarding class schedules, promotions, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS communications. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Forge Martial Arts website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos — is the property of Forge Martial Arts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Cancellation & Membership Termination

If you choose to enroll after your trial period, regular membership terms and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of enrollment. Forge Martial Arts reserves the right to modify class schedules, programs, or pricing with reasonable notice to members.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Walton County, Florida.
